Hi there! Let’s be honest—everyone wishes shipping was free, but it’s a big expense for small businesses, and costs rise every year.
To keep things fair, I’ll be charging for shipping on orders under €300. Thanks so much for your understanding and support!

- Orders over €300 will qualify for free shipping.
Processing & Delivery Times:

- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and selected shipping method, but you will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.
International Shipping:
Please note that additional duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the buyer.

RETURNS
For returns please contact us within 72 hours of receiving the product at lita.exclusive@outlook.com.
As a small business, returns come with significant costs. Due to rising shipping expenses and the labor involved in processing returns, we kindly inform you that a return fee of €25 will apply.
Return Conditions:
- Returns must be initiated within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Certain items (such as sale items, may not be eligible for return.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

REFUNDS:
